WHAT is YLF BOSTON?
A two-day leadership workshop to be held on April 5th and April 6th, 2024
An opportunity to develop your leadership skills through a series of discussions, exercises, and games led by trained management consultants who advise executive business leaders around the world on some of their most difficult strategic decisions
An experience that will give you and your peers the ability to design new programs that will make a real difference in your community
A chance to be certified as a McKinsey Boston Youth Leader and receive membership into a network of student leaders throughout the Greater Boston Area
WHO should apply?
The Youth Leadership Forum is open to sophomore, junior, and senior high school students in the Greater Boston Area.
We are looking for individuals who are:
